My Summer Health rutine.

Hi! The Time goes by. This Summer I focused on bodystretch and skincare to be prepared,manage work. I trye to take Nice walks,did Yoga training during my vecation. Sometimes I had lukewarm water with vitamins, lemonwater or juice or Icetea in the morning. I like to start My day with relaxmusic. Usually I drink Matcha tea with Lemonhoney,fruit, berries, Naturelle yoghurt or ryebreadsandwich. I think its Healthy and feel brighter,it makes me happy .😊Hugs Leiah helene
