Hi! Little update my friends

Hi friends! Here’s a  little Update of what I’ve been dooing. Whats up? I like to have fruit on the table. Lately I  start my mornings with Green Tea, fruit or Kiwivizz.

You take Naturelle yoghurt, chopped kiwis in a bowl.. add cherrys, different nuts or nutspread and cinnamon. Then I usually go outside for a walk or do training to music 3 -4 times/ week. Yesterday we went on a Bycikle tour to a Nice lake in Borås. It was quite warm weather and I sure got good legtraining. Then It was time to rest. I like listen to Relaxmusic or read Fashionmagasins and let my scincare produkts soak in!💕🍏💫💮 Greetings Leiah
