Fascinating windy weather & breadrecepies

I hope everybody have had a good time. I am fine though it have been cold weather;..Lately I found it fascinating how it could turn from a Nice, sunny day to a Strong cold wind and snowfall aproxamately in 5 minutes when we went to the Cottage on the country!

Im greatfull that we are safe and got time to look for good bread recepies. Well..! on thursday morning it was time to bake English scones with Almonds &Saffron. Scones are easy to bake. I will recomend to serve them fresh and warm with a little bit of butter/ jam to your tea/ brunch…So why dont go head my friend..? and make some bread or scones of your own. We enyoyed them with Cheddar Cheese & tomato..They are so good , you can top yours with whatever good things you like on top of your sandwich.
