Hello all friends!

Hello all friends! I am Sorry I didnt Update. We got buizzy between Oktober and 4th november..Then Luke and I got a cold with a sore throut 😓😷 Somedays was a bit of a struggle to calm down and get things together..I find it hard to even get sleep at night! But I have to get up up and remember I learned to fokused on Strength to be patient and carry on with our Calm moments. Soon I got the rest I needed and get rid of my sore throut..we got brighter. Now I feel fine..could take walks outside. I start with vitamins, Nice skincare and boiled water with pressed Lime or Lemonjuice every day. After 2 days I was able do Calm Yoga & warm Hearbal-tea or Pepparmint Tea with vitamin c and grapes, ate fruit to get energy every day. I remember I tryed some remedies like: Red onions on fishsandwiches/choped Garlic& black pepper/ Tumeric powder on my lunch! Then I found a good recepie: had a big bowl of baked Poriage with blueberries or apples& cinnamon.

The Challenge was to have time, go to sleep and Organize all things later at home. I had to Do a plan and I did it. I got my Positive mindset back and I did it. Anyway.💮💖💮I love to be creative ,Organise and set goals every month..Then I start over with a cup of Tea or a cup of Hot chocolate. Soon I got brighter and today I feel fine. Its Amazing how the time pass by and the Holidays are coming. I am longing for traditions and wonderfull Holidays. I have allready listen to ABBA, X-mas Carols and are watching Christmas moovies. We’re looking forward to decorate, bake kakes and light smelling candles. 🤗❤ Leiah
