I am practicing Yin Yoga! I highly recomend it. It works efective against Stress. My friends and I like listen to Music, go for a walk to calm down in the Nature. I am used to stretching, warming up the Body before training. Usually I begin my mornings with Calm Yoga/Music, stretch or Workout Yoga ❤️ I’ve been Training and done stretch sins I went to Jazz Danceclass during the 80:es in Gothenbourg 🧢☆
